The first attendee from every Local Authority has been generously subsidised by the hosts and sponsors.

Please note that if your authority is not listed, another person has already registered from your authority and claimed the free place. You will need to purchase the 'additional delegate rate' of  £195 + VAT.

• Entry to main plenary session; 

• Entry to all seminars;

• Lunch and refreshments (both days);

• Entry to exhibition;
